NJ Paid Family Leave and Proposed Changes to FLSA

The seminar will discuss developments of the New Jersey Paid Family Leave act during the last year. The seminar will include a review of the published regulations and discuss recommendations and challenges concerning implementation of the act.

Disaster preparedness refers to measures taken to prepare for and reduce the effects of disasters. That is, to predict and, where possible, prevent disasters, mitigate their impact on vulnerable populations, and respond to and effectively cope with their consequences
The presentation will cover an overview of disaster preparedness.

February 20 will be a dinner meeting at Angelo’s Fairmount Tavern in Atlantic City. Chief Scott Evans, Director of Emergency Management for the Atlantic City Fire Department will be speaking on emergency preparedness.
