He also servers as the Managing Principal for the Alliance for Leadership a Human Capital Management Consulting firm. Sam has a Doctorate in Education and Psychology from West Virginia University. He has consulted in Human Resources for 25 years and has published over 30 articles. He has spoken at various SHRM meetings and conferences and has delivered over 200 workshops.
