    Compensation

It seems over the last few years that companies and HR Managers are unpleasantly surprised by how the hiring practices that have mostly kept us in good stead over the years have quickly and in explicatively frustrating manners, at explicatively frustrating times. Issues emanating from these situations can turn out to spawn demons in the organization, as the issues spread from attraction of new talent to retention of current talent. Join us on 17th April to uncover how expert compensation professionals diagnose these trends, and mitigate risks navigating spot markets. We will examine the market underpinnings for these situations, typical sectors and job families affected, bubble markets, and dealing with issues in converting candidates and honoring tenured staff.
