Compensation
It seems over the last few years that companies and HR Managers are unpleasantly surprised by how the hiring practices that have mostly kept us in good stead over the years have quickly and in explicatively frustrating manners, at explicatively frustrating times. Presenter
Stephen Matthaey holds certifications in multiple disciplines: HR, Compensation, Technology, and Project Management. Formally educated as a Mathematician and Statistician, Stephen melds best practices in Compensation strategy/tactics/administration with rigorous metric analysis to arrive at solutions that impact the attraction, retention, and motivation of corporate associates. Stephen is a past president of SWHRMA (2013-2014) and past president and current board member of the New Jersey Compensation Association.
