Chris DiRico, Mid-Atlantic Employers’ Association HR Consultant, will join us to explore these concepts and their impact on both employers and employees. We will delve into the importance, benefits, and best practices of succession planning, and how to equip your organization with the tools for sustained success. We will examine the ways that succession planning promotes employee engagement and retention by providing clear pathways for career advancement and professional development. We will also review a comprehensive, step-by-step assessment process to assist companies with addressing leadership gaps and ensure a smooth transfer of knowledge and expertise.
