    MODERATORS:

     Christine McCullough 

    Christine McCullough substitute taught from 2015 at three local elementary schools. She was a Consultant at Hewlett- Packard.  Previously she was a member of ExcellerateHRO, a joint venture between Towers Perrin (now Towers Watson) and EDS until the HP divesture effective July 30, 2010. Prior to joining Towers, she was a senior manager in Human Resources with health care employers in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Maryland.

    Christine’s strength is her ability to communicate business needs with technical staff.  Christine holds a Bachelor degree from the University of Maryland and a Master degree from Johns Hopkins University.  She serves as a Commissioner on the Hammonton Historic Preservation Commission, President of the Advisory Committee of the Noyes Museum of Stockton University, and volunteer with the local and state SHRM chapters.

    Trina McSorley, SPHR, SHRM-SCP

    Trina is the Executive Vice President/Director of Human Resources for Sturdy Savings Bank. She is responsible for the analysis and administration of compensation and employee benefits, performance management, coordination of the hiring process, recruitment and retention strategies, training and development, and personnel policies and procedures.  She has over 25 years’ experience in Human Resources in industries as varied as construction, hospitality, legal and banking.

    Trina holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Messiah College and a Master of Business Administration degree from Monmouth University.  She currently serves on the Boards of Atlantic Cape Community College Foundation, Cape May County Coast Guard Community Foundation, and Volunteers in Medicine.

    Please note:  due to timing constraints, this meeting has not been pre-approved by SHRM & HRCI.   However, the session can be submitted to SHRM and HRCI for credit approval.
