Presenter: Jill Stewart, Recruitment Marketing Specialist at NJMA

This presentation will discuss the practice of using marketing strategies to promote the value of working for an employer in order to attract, engage, recruit and retain talent. Recruitment Marketing is both a strategy used by talent acquisition, human resources and marketing professionals, and an exciting career for a growing number of specialists. It’s supported by a set of skills, practices and technologies that have become essential for employers to compete for the best talent.

Presenter: Jill Stewart joined New Jersey Manufacturers Insurance Group in August of 2020. In her strategic recruitment marketing role she focuses on identifying and developing opportunities to showcase NJM’s brand via social media platforms, email marketing and journey development with the goal of attracting talented candidates. She works closely with the company’s Human Resources, Talent Acquisition and Marketing teams to ensure that all messaging is accurate and impactful. Prior to joining NJM, Jill was part of the recruitment marketing team at a large regional staffing firm for 11 years, where she assisted in creating and managing all the elements of their recruitment marketing program. She was more recently employed by a local Human Resources & Talent Acquisition consulting firm that focused on building and redefining human capital programs. Jill’s passion has always been and will remain helping others to achieve success.
