Director of Compliance with deep experience in the benefits compliance industry at Innovative.  She provides compliance auditing and educates clients on the various federal and state regulations, assesses areas of weakness, determines potential liability,  Before joining Innovative, she worked at Willis Tower Watson in the Health & Benefits Compliance practice. Tamalyn received two bachelor’s degrees from Loyola University in Chicago, her Doctorate of Law from DePaul University College of Law, and her Masters of Law in Employee Benefits from The John Marshall Law School.
