    Wealth Steps

As we recover from the coronavirus and your employee’s come back to work they will need your help more than ever. Financial stress has always been present but maybe never so much as it is now. As we move into the next decade HR has taken on more of a role of leading the way as to how companies develop and support their employees to relive the financial stress. Stress of employees has a negative impact both on moral and productivity. Along with lower productivity come lower profits which entails lower wages. It’s a slippery slop we must balance on as HR.

As HR professionals you are saddled with keeping everyone happy and moving in the right direction. Stress comes from many places, but the number one source is finances. Employees are stressed when they can’t pay bills, educate their children, can’t save enough for retirement or take care of elderly parents. They lack the ability to create a process to alleviate these stressful concerns. This class will give you the information you will need to help your employees relieve their stress and become more productive in the work place.

As a HR professional you are the face that employee’s know and look to for answers. Most employee’s are looking for help from their employer in how to have a better life as it relates to finances. Understanding their problems goes a long way in helping them overcome this stress. This program will cover 4 basis areas of finance Protection of your assets, how to become a world class saver, life events and how to prepare for them, and how to handle debt.

Each person who attends will have a opportunity to build their own financial wellness road map that is just for them. The goal of this class is to give you the tools to bring back to your company and make a difference in the financial lives of your employees.
